Work Flow Pipes is an open source software plugin derived from Yahoo Pipes intended to enhance lmageJ workflows. Its core focus is to assist scientists in discovery and reuse of existing software modules at a more granular level than traditional ImageJ plugins.
With the Work Flow Pipes user interface, the user can discover shared information regarding past efforts and easily search for modules of interest similar to Yahoo Pipes using standard Web 2.0 techniques. The editor interface is displays modules and the connections between modules. The user can edit configuration parameters of existing modules, modify the behavior of existing modules, and create new modules.
The Work Flow Pipes interface is meant to encourage process discovery and assist with module reuse.
